American
Entrepreneurial Capitalism.
b. The environmental factors.
During the last decade, the US economy witnessed a remarkable
success. Despite, the September 11 terrorist attacks, growing
competitive threats from emerging markets, especially India and China,
American citizens continue to enjoy economic progress. This progress
has been brought by entrepreneurship among American citizens. This
conventional wisdom is what keeps the economy waxing stronger by the day.
The vast majority of American entrepreneurs are into knowledge-driven
technology. We all know what Information Technology can do for a nation.
And, the best way to consolidate on the progress is to create a platform
to help American entrepreneurs have access to what they'll need to succeed
in this area. I think the American government and the corporate world have
done a lot to encourage American students to venture into entrepreneurship. But,
a lot still needs to be done. Over 80 percent of successful
young entrepreneurs are from the United States. There are some
factors militating against entrepreneurs, which are:
a. Access to finance.b. The environmental factors.
In the advent of the cold war, a large number of leftists in the senate
believed that capitalism wasn't right for America. But, with the success
made by the western ideology, this opinion shifted.
Consequently, for America to remain relevant in the 21st century
and beyond, she must pursue a very strict policy that
encourages entrepreneurship. And, students must on their own, strive to:
become creative, stop procrastinating, and hit the entrepreneurial road.
